Here’s how it works:
1. Refer a new qualified resident to apply for an Avana home.
2. The individual you referred must include your name and your current address in the referral section when they complete their application.
3. Once they sign a new 12-month lease and remain in good standing for 3 months, you’ll receive $250 as a credit on your resident account!
Important Details
All referrals will be applied as a rental credit on account. The new resident must remain in good standing for three (3) months to qualify. All referrals are subject to the Property Manager’s approval. A referral must be submitted before the leasing process to qualify.
